This conference will give play to the leading role of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in international scientific and technological innovation, and gather academicians, well-known experts, scholars and entrepreneurs in edible and medicinal fungi, food processing, biology and big health field to share the latest research and development achievements, and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the industry, so as to provide a new development perspective for national edible and medicinal mushroom industry and the big health industry.
