“The 5th China Edible and Medicinal Fungi Industry Development Conference” is to be held in PWTC Expo on 13 De 2019, and the conference theme will be “Development of Edible and Medicinal Fungi Industry Development and Manufacturing of Microbial Food”. This conference will give play to the leading role of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in international scientific and technological innovation, and gather academicians, well-known experts, scholars and entrepreneurs in edible and medicinal fungi, food processing, biology and big health field to share the latest research and development achievements, and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the industry, so as to provide a new development perspective for national edible and medicinal mushroom industry and the big health industry. In order to promote exchange among the industries, and accelerate integration between edible and medicinal fungi industry and nutrition and health field, the conference will also promote edible and medicinal fungi and its processing products, and promote industrialization of scientific and research achievements of edible and medicinal fungi in combination with the “2019 Guangzhou International Health and Nutrient Health-Care Products Exhibition” to be held on 12-14, Dec.
